pretty interesting read. unfortunately this all-out rights grab b.s. is all too common these days. to a depressingly large amount of people, respect, dignity, and fairness mean nothing in the face of more money.

Yah, I recently read about the settlement between SG and Lithium Picnic. After reading about it I have completely lost all my respect for Lithium Picnic. There is massive amounts of evidence on the internet that shows SG to be a horrible company so I don't see how he can suddenly fully support SG again other than just making more money. It definitely seems like he's sold himself out for money. bah :(

Noticed your post when I was tagging my most recent post on here. I totally agree with you that anonymous attacks are lame and should be viewed as not credible. Here is the outcome of that particular little legal scuffle though:

HAH! I laugh at this person. I love when people post things that can't be backed up and are based solely upon their own personal experience.

I have a thought, maybe the reason you never got a photo back was because you were so absolutely terrible at modeling there were no usable images. Maybe Philip didn't want to spend 8 hours editing your face and fat for free.

And I agree with Isaac. Why would you shoot with someone more than once who didn't give you images the first time? Seems unlikely.

Let's face it, you're mad because he wouldn't give you everything for free. This is a common irritation with amateurs everywhere.
