Here’s some more headshots from my trip to NYC back in June. This is Ali Ewoldt. She was last seen on Broadway in Les Misérables as Cossette.

Kaitlin

This is Kaitlin. She was one of the last people I shot in Portland before leaving for NYC. She’s a actor and dancer who was last seen in Broadway Rose’s production of  Les Misérables.

I used an Alienbee 800 strobe with an octo-softbox  for the last two shots.

Courtney and Steve

Back in July I did a shoot with two friends, Courtney and Steve, who moved to Chicago last year and were visiting for the week. Courtney is amazing and continually refers my work to all her friends and as a result I get a lot of my work because of her. To thank her I did a free shoot with her.

I’ve been absent from my blog for quite some time now. Since moving to NYC I’ve been spending most of my time trying to find work, finish up work for existing clients, exploring the city and meet new people  and so as a result my blog has been neglected. Below are some of the recent photos I’ve been working on for clients.

 This is Graham. He’s a actor out here in NYC that I shot back during my trip in June. We had a great time during the shoot and he’s very expressive so he made my job really easy.

Just finished editing some headshot photos I took back in June when I was in NYC. This is Nick Sanchez. He’s currently in Marry Poppins on Broadway.

This is Daniel Robinson. He actually grew up in Hillsboro, the next city over from where I grew up. Right now he is performing on Broadway in Hairspray as Fender.
